Nornorna, the Complete Transaction and Decision Making Engine!

Nornorna is based on the principle that all decisions should be made with an optimum combination of expertize and participation.

Delegated voting

The Delegated Voting is a solution to the problem of how to combine expertise with grassroot influence. All professional decision makers try to surround themselves with competent advisors, in order to be able to make more competent decisions. In the less important cases they delegate the decisions to the advisors, but in the important decisions, they always have the final word.

Advisors

With the Delegated Voting, one chooses an advisor, which can be, for example a friend, an expert or an organization.

Then, on those occasions when one does not have the time, energy or knowledge to participate actively, the advisor carries one's vote. If one should decide to vote directly, one's own vote always takes precedence over that of the advisor.

Root advisors

The root advisor will be your advisor in all subject items in Nornorna. He can be either an organisation or an individual, which in turn can choose other advisors for each subject item. You can say that the root advisor will function as your advisor about advisors.

If you are not happy with his choice of advisor in all subject fields, you can design your own set of advisors by a simple web operation and choose personnaly who will be your advisor.

Sequential Decision Making System

The Sequential Decision Making System is a way to handle decisions in different kind of enterprises and organisations.

1. The Brainstorm Stage

The Brainstorm Stage is an effective and elegant way where the particiants can sort out the important issues from the less important ones.

Participants are encouraged to post their ideas and suggestions on the wishlist/Brainstorm stage. There it will become visible to the others, who can and give a rating to all the ideas expressed there home pest control. The program automatically sorts the ideas by popularity. The result will be an idea "top chart" where the ideas can be sorted according to mean rating, total points and number of raters. The moderator can then move the most popular ideas to the Debate Stage.

2. The Debate Stage

In the debate stage you argue for artisanat chocolat or against the different proposals that was selected from the Brainstorm stage.

The debates are the base for the final decisions. The debate is necessary in order to compare the pros and cons of the proposals. The members rank the arguments. The higher the argument is ranked, the bigger influence it has on the result.

A member can contribute arguments to try and convince the other members of the "right" opinion. An argument must be both relevant and trustworthy to be good. Arguments that include facts should therefore have sources.

The debates are run by an administrator who make sure there are arguments both for and against a proposal. The administrator also makes sure that the people in the debate follow the rules.

3. The Decision Making Stage

At that step the decisions will be made by a final vote.

The problem with possibilities for vote selling and intrusion due to lack of privacy in the voting situation is solved by using an updateable voting system, allowing the voters to change their vote unlimited amounts weight loss product of times until a deadline.

The voting results are normally secret until after the deadline, and the votes can be anonymous.

It is also possible to make i.e. budget votes, where you can decide how to you would like to spend your part of a public budget cake. Whe all the small budget cakes are pooled together, you will have a common budget.

4. The Implementation Stage

The decisions will be transferred into tasks, that can be assigned a certain value.

The tasks can then be auctioned out to the participants, who in turn will confirm when they take on a certain task and when they expect to complete it.

The Nornorna Transaction engine will automatically transform all these negotiations and biddings into binding contracts or other appropriate legal agreements..

It can be decided depending the circumstances and the rules of the organisation if there will be an open bid, a contractual agreement or some kind of quality measurement deciding who will be assigned the different tasks.

5. The Evaluation Stage

In this stage you can evaluate the idea or project that was implemented and collect the experiences in order to learn.

You can use different reating scales and also have a debate section and a section where you can propose how to do it even better next time.

These suggestions can then be moved to the next brainstorm stage, and the development circle is closed.
